Our leadership
Co-founder of MillionBridges, Fadi joined Ralston Purina back in 1993, where he managed Central & Eastern Europe for five years. In 1998 he and his wife founded Nikidom, a family business manufacturing and distributing products for children from their HQ in Barcelona, which is still going strong today.
During the first lockdown in 2020, Fadi—together with his brother and old university friends—turned their frustration at Lebanon’s deadlock into an initiative that would help to solve it: MillionBridges.
Born in Beirut in 1968, Fadi spent 2 years at the American University of Beirut before pursuing his Economics studies in Montreal. He graduated in 1992 from McGill University with an MBA in International Business.
Nabih’s strong pedigree in managing software R&D—with 24 years’ experience in process automation, business intelligence, information management systems, knowledge management, and fintech, archival and custom solutions—give him the ideal experience to oversee our IT, Systems and Infrastructure. Having initiated three start ups (one in video production and animation; the other in desktop publishing; and the third as a software development house), he is currently Chief Information Officer of the Brand Experience Group, Director of the Equal Holding Group, and Managing Director of STeP - Systems That Perform.
Born and raised in Lebanon, Nabih holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the American University of Beirut.
A seasoned CFO with in-depth experience of a broad range of international financial markets, Esteban is currently the Director of Finance of Grupo Salinas, a leading player in Retail, Finance, Broadcasting, Internet and various other sectors in the Americas, with over 100,000 employees and more than 6,000 points of contact. He brings a wealth of hands-on experience of planning, financial strategy, budget control, program creation and operational efficiency.
Born and raised in Mexico City, Esteban has a BA in Administration from the Universidad Iberoamericana (Mexico City), an MBA in Finance from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation (CFA).
Ramzy is an award-winning marketer with 25+ years of experience in brand building, marketing transformation, and financial management across various regions. Forbes Middle East recognized him in their "50 Impactful Marketing & Communication Professionals" list for the Middle East in 2020. He was also voted “Marketer of the Year 2011” at the GEMAS Effie Mena Awards.
In 2020, Ramzy invested in a cloud kitchen-based F&B Venture (where he remains as partner). He was also Named one of Forbes Middle East’s “50 Impactful Marketing and Communication professionals”. In April 2022, he was appointed by Kuwait’s Burgan Bank as Consultant to lead the marketing transformation for the Bank.
He has held leadership roles in MENA, working on both agency and client sides. He began his career at Thomson Reuters, spent 13 years at Leo Burnett MENA in various roles, worked as CMO for Tameer Investment Holdings in real estate, and was Group Head of Marketing & Communication at Bank Audi. He later went back to the agency world when he was appointed CEO of Young & Rubicam Group – MENA. In 2017, he became the CMO for Gulf Bank and then went on to be retained by Burgan Bank as a consultant with a marketing transformation mandate.
During the Covid pandemic, Ramzy co-founded Novo Foods, a cloud kitchen-based delivery concept in Kuwait, and joined MillionBridges, a Barcelona-based fintech aiming to revolutionize remittances. He currently serves as Partner and Board Member for both ventures. In the summer of 2023, he co-founded 2MRW, a cutting-edge creative consultancy.
Ramzy holds a BA in Economics from the American University of Beirut and an MBA in Marketing and International Business from McGill University in Montreal, Canada.
